WHAT DOES SUNDARA MEAN?

In Sanskrit, SUNDARA means "beautiful, lovely, nice, good, handsome."

Yoga means "to yoke"or "to unite." It brings mind and body together.

Having a personal yoga practice will allow you to:

- improve muscle strength & tone

- allow the body to move freely

- still the mind - destress

- make you strong

The benefits of yoga go on and on.
